ID help - shiny cowbird?

Hello,

We were counting for NAMC at Daggerwing and spotted what we believe may be a female Shiny Cowbird, but we're not confident. Would anybody be kind enough offer a suggestion? We only got one picture, and it's not the best. Fortunately, there was a Starling right below it for size comparison. Any help would be much appreciated!
