Cutler Wetlands full o' water

Carlos' wish from yesterday came true--Cutler Wetlands was full of water today: no mudflats at all, so no shorebirds except for Black-necked Stilts! I did eventually find 2 Solitary Sandpipers and a Stilt Sandpiper in the standing water behind the berms opposite the Wetlands.
