Thanks! When looking at google images, some birds labeled females show a little blue tints in the plumage, but not as much as this bird. Ive never heard it sing (its been in the yard almost constantly for months now). I had a few weeks back a completely green male painted singing all morning. I'm surprised that being a male it is quiet. He's amazingly tame- hopefully it spends next winter here.
