Have the pleasure of viewing TWO swallowtail kite nests from my back patio. They are along the Gables Waterway canal as it snakes along behind the Doctor's Hospital between University Drive and Granada Blvd. The nests are way up in two casaurina (Australian Pines) on either side of the canal. As of this date, I have not yet seen the babies.
