At Eagle Lakes Community Park, I witnessed nesting Northern Roughgh-winged Swallows this afternoon. I didn't know that they nest this far south in the Florida Peninsula but according to __The Birdlife of Florida__, they do. Learn something every day. Also added Blackpoll Warbler to my Collier County Big Year list (#192). It was seen at the Big Cypress bend Boardwalk in the Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve. Dipped on Bobolinks in several places but saw and heard bobwhites :) Bird on. . . .
