Franklin's Gull @ Cutler Wetlands 4/20

A full adult Franklin's Gull was at Cutler Wetlands early this afternoon on a mud flat among numerous Laughing Gulls. It is not difficult to pick out on size, bill size, large white primary spots, and a rosy tinge underneath. Absolutely gorgeous, the first one I've ever seen in spring...and of course I didn't have a camera with me
