I love answering questions like this using eBird. You can get the summarized data on eBird.org, but the full dataset can be queried and downloaded here:

For Palm Beach county the extremes are...
Departure: 5/2/2009 (or 6/29/2009) both by Mike Baranski
Arrival: 9/10/2006 by Melanie Garcia
Average is a much trickier thing to decipher, but generally they seem to leave the last week of April and arrive the last week in September.
