Haven't found a single migrant since I don't know when. But this Nile was an interesting find. He was outside my office window eating some freshly laid soft-shelled turtle eggs. Now thats a lifer, a six foot lifer.
On a side note, the nesting pair of Red-headed Woodpeckers is still present but they are being harassed constantly by a pair of escaped cockatoos. They have taken ownership of the snag. If anyone has any ideas on how to capture them please do tell. Damn exotics everywhere!
