Eastern Bluebirds are regular on Turner River road, north of Tamiami Trail, in the Big Cypress, which is not far from Midway Campground. Look for them on the telephone wires along the right side after turning off the Trail. I have never seen one there that is banded, so this appears to be a naturally occurring population.

: Just looking for a little input from the group. My wife and I saw a pair of bluebirds at the Midway Campground on Tamiami Trail yesterday. We don't recall seeing bluebirds down here before and were wondering how common (or not) they are. Thanks.
