The wetlands on 232nd Ave. had the usual collection
of ducks this morning---both Teal, Wigeon, Shoveler,
Ring-necked, and Ruddy. A Grasshopper Sparrow was
working the west end of the viewing area.
I was surprised to find a Northern Rough-winged
Swallow among the Tree Swallows. It announced itself
as it flew over the viewing area, so it wasn't hard
to spot.
