At 6:15 am I heard massive flight calls over my house, but with no weather apparently they didn't stop anywhere near us. The number of birds I heard would surely have resulted in a massive fallout had they droped somewhere. I checked out the Cape briefly and there was no sign of any sifnificant arrival of birds.
Seems we don't have it as bad as over areas. This was posted today on Pinellasbirds.com:
"No migrants to speak of at either Fort De Soto Park or Honeymoon Island State Park." Ouch!
