Sorry, we Miami birders dissappointed you. Speaking for myself, I did not receive your e-mail, that you sent to my work address, until Friday when you were already headed to the Keys. With a litle more notice, I'm sure you would have received some responses, myself included.
If you can't find a Spot-breasted Oriole this time of year in Kendall, Miami Springs or Miami Shores, you have a problem. The parakeets and oriole frequent the west side of the Barry University Campus on N.W. 2nd Avenue, between N.W. 111th and N.W. 115th St.
Life is good..............even when being bashed by a fellow birder.
