Greetings! I'm at the entrance to the nature trail at dagny Johnson sp on key largo. A mangrove cuckoo is singing away at the entrance at the junction of the paved path and the nature trail. He's sitting stock-still in the sunshine...
Other recent sightings... Pair of snail kites yesterday loxahatchee. Black rail heard 1.3 miles south of mahogany hammock in enp on 4/11. Cape may warblers yesterday on boardwalk loxahatchee. That's about it...
Oh yeah, another spot breasted oriole on deer run north of curtis parkway 4/11...
