Migrant numbers and composition in Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP seemed normal for this time of year. I teased out 14 warbler species, including male Blue-winged, Tennessee, male Hooded and Yellow-breasted Chat. The Blue-winged, Tennessee, Ovenbirds, Prairies, Black-throated Blues and Northern Parulas were singing whisper songs, while Common Yellowthroats, Black-and-whites and catbirds were belting out in full volume.

The Blue-winged Warbler was near the second bench, as you enter the lighthouse area. The chat was along the south end of the dirt Nature Trail, just before it bends to the SE.
