Activity of Painted Buntings has increased over the previous three days. Very active feeding and males to female ration about 2:1 at the feeder.
And funny you should mention tree rats as I too have one for about three weeks now. Also redstarts are still appearing at the bird bath and a pair of brown thrashers seem to like the area.
