Since the LaSagra's Flycatcher has not been reported on the TAS board by others recently, I thought I would let you know that the bird was seen in the past week. Larry Manfredi, myself and Marcia Wright heard and saw the LaSagra's Flycatcher at Bill Baggs State Park in Florida on Thursday, 3/17/11 at 12:05 PM. The bird was found along the paved path on the southwest side of No Name Harbor starting next to the Boater's Grill.

It was first heard from the outdoor deck of the restaurant and then seen on various perches along the pathway, as close as 15 feet from the observers initially. The LaSagra's was seen in the open for several minutes before retreating into the heavy foliage behind the path.

My understanding from Larry is that he did not relocate the LaSagra's on 3/18/11, but re-found it on 3/19/11 further down that same path along the harbor to the beach.
