Birds at Barnes performed for the occasion! 9 species of warbler were: Worm-eating, Cape May, Common Yellowthroat, Palm, Prairie, Parula, Redstart, Black and White, and Black-throated Blue. Also seen were Summer Tanager, Indigo Bunting, Gray Catbird, Gray Kingbird, Baltimore Oriole (see Dee's photo below), Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Brown Thrasher, Chimney Swift, Great-crested Flycatcher and Fish Crow. Peregrine Falcon, Red-tailed Hawk and Bronzed Cowbird were added bonus birds. Note to Paul B. -- I'll return your pen!
