I'm no larophile or is it lariphile? Whatever. I've only seen one Yellow-legged Gull in my life. The gull in the photo doesn't look kosher to me based on the shape of the head (forehead angle) as well as the shape of the bill. On Yellow-legged Gull, shouldn't the head shape be less rounded than in the bird in the photo and shouldn't the bill be much more "blunt" as described in the latest Stokes field guide? Just saying. . . .
