Tricia, Amy, Joel and I used our best efforts to locate the Virginia Rail this morning beginning at 7:45 AM but got nada. There were many many sora and the nesting moorhen is visible but alas no Virginia Rail.
I abandoned the wait at 9:45 AM the others were going to stay a while longer
