Mickey Wheeler and I found plenty of migrants this morning at Barnes Park. Among the 17 warbler species were Bay-breasted, Blackpoll, Magnolia, Tennessee, Worm-eating (in the cattails) and Northern Waterthrush. Red-eyed, White-eyed and Yellow-throated Vireo were seen; also Scarlet Tanager, Chuck-will's-widow, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, 4 Spot-breasted Oriole and half a dozen Rose-breasted Grosbeak. (Attention RD: A pale male was ho-hum!)
