The morning of 3-14-11 at Daggerwing, a White-tailed Kite was spotted on the powerlines across the pond at the south-west corner of the parking lot. (Same location as where the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher and Western Kingbird were hanging out last winter.) It was perched for a while, then it flew and dove down and caught a rat!
