I was forced to post this picture by a female member of our group when she snatched my camera & took these pictures of three men changing a flat. Yes, lady birders, men DO follow directions!! It only took 3 of us 2 hours to fix a flat on Paul Bithorn's vehicle!! First we tried to plug the hole, then tried Fix-a-flat, then finally broke down and changed the tire with the spare. It took 3 men and a woman to remove the spare & change the tire....with instructions!! Sorry guys, I was black-maled into posting this. At least we caught up with the other birders at Flamingo. Audrey & I added a Spotted Sandpiper to our list of birds, seen at the Park Headquarters on the left side of the basin near the end of the seawall where the mangroves and rocky shoreline begin.
