Hi all,

We were able to get great views of the bird yesterday afternoon. The bird was seen in the same brush pile that the others had it earlier in the day. The bird likes to hang out in the brush behind and old washing machine where we placed a Robert is Here cup to mark the location. We watched the bird for about forty minutes or so with it spending most it's time feeding quietly in the Virgina Creeper that is growing between the two trees behind the washing machine. The warbler is very very vocal and easy to find if you follow it's waterthrush like chip note, which is a dead giveaway. Patience pays with this warbler as it stays hidden and is a real skulker. Be careful as you trek down the levee as the loose sand and rocks can be dangerous.

Good luck to all who chase the bird today.

Nature is Awesome
Angel & Mariel
