Yesterday Audrey and I spotted a White-tailed Kite on Research Road in Everglades National Park. It was located past the research buildings on the north-south road about half-way to the end, on the west side of the road just south of the berm. It was perched about 10-15 feet high on a dead branch about 300 yds. from the road. It was seen about 5:00 pm.
