So far the "Life is Good" team is in the lead with 132. The team consists of Paul Bithorn, Brian Rapoza, and Bruce Purdy. 132 is very tough to beat, but I'll make sure I'll set the "number to beat". My Birdathon starts at 5:30 pm today and starts with exotics, Burrowing Owls, and others, and ends tomorrow at Ft. DeSoto at 5:30 pm. I should add other species on the way to DeSoto along Immokalee and Government Road such as Crested Caracara, Sandhill Crane, and a few flycatchers. I just hope DeSoto's 18 warblers, both orioles, both tanagers, both grosbeaks, both buntings, and 4 vireos from yesterday stick around until Saturday.
