Nice photo Hans, but a problematic one for ID. Not entirely convinced it's a Short-billed: the loral angle looks too acute (see Lee and Birch on the 2006 September/October issue of Birding magazine) and the tail pattern looks more like a Long-billed's (broader black bands). It's a tough one. Do you have a photo that shows it's scapulars-coverts-tertials or shows it posture?
