OK, since no one else has the courage to try, here it goes;
Lots of white in the tail pattern,
Chevron-shaped barring on the flanks,
Whitish throat,
Pronounced downward curve on the bill,
Therefore = Short-billed
A look at the bird feeding would have helped.
