They were taken with a Canon Digital Rebel (same chip as 10D) and the Canon 100-400mm image stabilized lens set at 400mm. I shot them in raw mode and used Capture One DSLR software to convert to tiff, then Photoshop Elements for final touchup and conversion to jpeg.
