A morning stroll through A.D. Barnes yielded nine warbler species, with a few other interesting birds to throw into the mix. Talk about numbers! If it was this good at Barnes I can imagine hot spots like Key West or the Tortugas.

American Redstart (a few)
Black-and-white Warbler (several)
Cape May Warbler (several)
BLACKPOLL WARBLER (1)
Northern Parula (1)
Worm-eating Warbler (many)
Prairie Warbler (a lot!)
Black-throated Blue Warbler (1)
Yellow-throated Warbler (1)
Blue-headed Vireo (2)
Great-crested Flycatcher (1)

These large flocks seem to be concentrated all through the nature trail. Didn't see any Palm Warblers but I only birded for about an hour.

Cheers,
RJ
