Arrived at Bill Baggs State Park around 2:30pm. After entering the park I made the first right on the paved road toHidden Harbor. At the end of the road is a parking lot with a two-story restaurant facing a lagoon. After parking I walked down the back-topped bicycle path on the left side of the restaurant. I first heard the bird's distinctive call about 500 yards down the path near a stand of Palmetto Palms at 2:55pm. Half an hour later I and Gary Strauss (Long Island) refound the bird for Erika Brendel (Philadelphia) and Bob Krinsky (Manhattan).
