Brown-headed Nuthatch, Red-headed & Red-cockaded Woodpeckers can be found in the Picayune Strand State Forest here in Naples, Collier County. Barred Owl can sometimes be seen (or heard mostly) at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary as well as at the Big Cypress Bend Boardwalk in the Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve also in Collier County. There are some Florida Scrub-Jays in Immokalee but they are tough to find and getting tougher. This is also in Collier County. Bachman's Sparrows and Red-cockaded Woodpecker can be found at Babcock-Webb WMA in Charlotte County as mentioned by Brian Rapoza. hope that helps.
