Thir morning, Trey and I were at the southern end of the apartments parking lot (Trey lives there) trying to relocate an Empidonax minimus that was seen there recently, and we spotted a female Pheucticus ludovicianus in a bare tree farther south behind a palm. Other birds in this area included several Passerina cyanea getting their spring color (nice!), Myiarchus crinitus, and both Vireo griseus and solitarius. The Empidonax minimus called several times, but never came out into the open.
