Make it two, too. Seems to me that the rank and file appreciate learning some areas for sightings and good views and perhaps even a picture or two and not an exposure into the realm of scientific jargon. I'm not surprised any longer when people approach me as I take pictures and comment on how they found this place or that place through the TAS Board. The board is more used than one might imagine. Most of them are just plain simple folks that enjoy the hobby. I try to keep it simple, but that doesn't bind others. That's just me.

Alex, I do appreciate the reference to the alphabetical soup for names. I'll keep that for my field notes.

Now for birding news: The second draingae pond right side of road going to Fort DeSoto way before you get to the gate has red-headed duck in the hundreds. Several rafts are clearly visible. No wonder we don't have any over here they like DeSoto.
