Had a good weekend birding around South Florida.

Here's a few of the highlights:-

Saturday
Peaceful Waters - Wood Ducks, Leucistic Mocking Bird, Mandarin Duck (Thanks Tom)
Daggerwing - White-crowned Sparrow next to the bridge
Green Cay - Lots of Sora in the afternoon.

Sunday
Immokalee - Now a total of 12 Pine Siskins at the feeder (thanks Paul, Reina and Vince)
Corkscrew - Lots of activity but nothing unusual - Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Tufted titmouse, Carolina Wrens.
Brian Piccolo Park - As usual, some very cooperative Burrowing Owls

Monday
C357 - Clay-colored, Grasshopper and Savannah....never found any Dickcissels
Kendall Indian Hammocks - arrived at 10:00am and saw the Ash-throated Flycatcher straight away, unfortunately it was flying towards the main park. After almost 3 hours it re-appeared in the furthest corner away from the gap in the fence. It stayed in this area for the next 1.5 hours and was still there when we left at 2:30pm. Thanks Stephen for this great find!
