: I'm stuck here with this sandpiper, seen at Wakodahatchee Wetlands this morning. Can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks in advance.

:

From my perspective, this is clearly a Solitary Sandpiper. It's true, Lesser Yellowlegs are often found at Wakodahatchee but notice, this bird has greenish colored legs, not the bright yellow associated with Yellowlegs. Notice too in the flight picture, it shows the dark central tail feathers and dark rump (not found with the either Yellowlegs). The eye-ring is much more pronounced in the Solitary. Many Lessers show white just above the eye but rarely show a full ring as prominently as this bird.
