That area is very good for WC Pigeons. I once saw a pair taking twigs as if building a nest in a tree in the same area [87th Ave and just N. of Coral Way]. Had a pair of WC Pigeons yesterday at Navarro's on Sunset Dr. and SW 107 Ave. Also a good suburban corner for WC Pigeons. Pretty regular at that intersection.
