The first nighthawk of the year flew over and around Hoechoka Hammock (Parkland)this late afternoon. Vocal but no "buzzing". I find this a bit early.
Also, Painted Bunting numbers are steady at around 12 at the feeders. Cardinals are into window boxing and calling and the mourning dove are pairing up.
