Daggerwing - no sparrow, lots of AMRO and a Merlin

Daggerwing is still way too dry ;( Could not find the White-crowned Sparrow, but did find a Merlin eating a Starling, an E. Phoebe, lots of Butterbutts and Palms and hundreds of what I think were Robins overhead. They looked small and pale for Robins, but acted and sounded right. Also the usual Ospreys, a Red-tailed Hawk, Great Blue, Coot, Grebes, Cormorants, Anhinga, Moorhen, etc. A gorgeous morning anyway.
