I'm unsure where you can look for Bulbuls, but I know of a pair of Spot-Breasted Orioles that appear to be residents on the Barry University campus (located in Miami Shores), they can be seen feeding in the Shavingbrush tree and in various other flowering and nonflowering trees on campus. It is an open and readily accessible area, offering easy viewing of these birds when they are nearby.
