I stopped at Sadowski this morning after dropping my daughter at school to look for Hermit Thrush. I found at least two along with Common Yellow-throat, Prairie, Ovenbird, Redstart and Blue-gray Gnatcatcher. I heard some buntings but didn't have time to chase them down. The only place I birded was on the east side of the park under the big tree with the benches.
FYI: I got caught in a speed trap at Cutler Wetland... Cost me over $200 for 40 in a 30...... Wouldn't have thought the road was a 30 mile per hour zone...
