I spent a lot of time on the boardwalk especially the dead end to the north. Watching Green Heron, Black-crowned Night Heron and American Bitterns. I heard the Ani while there but it didn't show itself.
At Lucky Hammock I found the Brown-crested and a couple of Great Crested Flycatchers. There was a Yellow-headed Vireo, White-eyed and Eastern Phobe also. I saw Palm, Prairie, Yellow-rump and Common Yellow-throat Warblers and Savannah and Grasshopper Sparrows when I walked around the hammock.
There were Scissor-tailed Flycatchers this morning off 217th Ave. and one lone Western Kingbird around 260th Street.
