Fuertes Red-tailed Hawk?

I see on eBird that a Tom Obrock reported a Fuertes Red-tailed Hawk from Hendry County. I can find no record for this western subspecies ever recorded in Florida. Am I missing something? Is Fuertes Red-tailed Hawk even probable in Florida? Anyone know?
