I've emailed a contact with South Florida Water Management District, asking if they could come up with a more dignified name for this property than "Vacant Lands." Let's remember, this is a property that only recently hosted a Black Swift!
(OK, it probably wasn't a Black Swift. Or maybe it was. We'll never know.) ;)
