A visit this morning to the H. A. Campbell Public Use Area produced good numbers of ducks with higher numbers of Northern Pintails and Hooded Mergansers than I have ever seen there. Other interesting birds seen included a Peregrine Falcon and a small flock of Black-necked Stilts. Only one or two immature Roseate Spoonbills were seen and no American White Pelicans or Stilt Sandpipers were found.
