Saw it very early this morning in the vicinity of a flowering Orchid Tree (the one with the dark pink flowers) on the left just past the first garden. I didn't see any Scissor-tailed Flycatchers on 312 St., but instead found a Baltimore Oriole just north of 312 and 212 Ave. on the wires next to the dirt road.
