While on an airport run at 7:45 AM yesterday (12/30), I saw the Great Black-Hawk perched on a light at the base (east end) of Powell Bridge. It's only the second time I've seen it perched on lights along Rickenbacker Causeway. Seems like it chose yesterday to cooperate!
