We started the day at Quiet waters county Park. The park was leveled at the last hurricane ,as well as all remaining Austrlian Pines were removed. There is lots of weedy areas being restored, with no birds. There was a warbler flock at the North Live- Oak picnic area ( regular stuff). In short Quiet waters was quiet for birds.

Fern forest: Great Creasted Flycatcher -1 ( good winter bird in Broward), Magnolia Warbler-1 ( Creek Trail)

Good Birding. Happy New Year

John/ Russ
