I and my non-birding husband will visit for the first time our son in Delray Beach. I've never been to Florida. I am looking for (retired) birding pals in the area from West Palm Beach to Miami who might be available during the week March 12-19. My wishlist includes smooth-billed ani, parrots and parakeets, mynahs, spot-breasted oriole, mangrove cuckoo, gray kingbird, white-crowned pigeon, and snail kite. I learned that it is much more efficient to go out with local birders than trying to navigate and bird in a strange place. I would really appreciate your help.
