The day started out cold and slow but by the time we finished up it was perfect -- warm and with lots of birds. Lots of Vireos, Warblers, and Woodpeckers in addition to the standard waders. The Great Horned Owl is still hanging around (no mate that we could find but we know it's there somewhere) so we're hopeful that they will nest again this year.
