I'm bummed.....I'm working extremely hard in the lab and not getting to go birding....so why haven't I heard of any new birds or adventures lately (not since JB-III's hawkfest on Oct.1)? Get out there! Go birding! Forget the stiff north wind and clear sky- there are birds to be found!!!!
I had a dream last night about a tree full of curlew sandpipers, and green and ringed kingfishers...weird, but fantastic!!! My dad was in the car and I turned to him and asked for the TAS DT House phone number....he said it should be in the Miami Herald which was on the center console- but after thumbing through the Neighbors section I couldn't find it....then the alarm clock went off and sent me into a 6 hour session with Statistics...yuk. I hope this dream means something (besides me going to bed on a stomache full of coffee and pasta). I see a tree out there, somewhere close by, FULL OF BIRDS WAITING TO BE COUNTED!!!!
Please, someone, anyone, find some birds...I'm going through withdrawl.
